We love the reunion house! We stayed there in 2018 and again in December’21. The first time we celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary and it easily accommodated 5 families plus visitors. Most recently we brought our extended family. The kids loved it so much 3 years ago they they all brought friends along this time. The house feels bigger than described and there is room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the game room and pool/hot tub. We also enjoyed meeting the Wilson’s!

My favorite part about Florida: the waves were good for boogie boarding! This was my first time in Florida and my first time going to the ocean.
I am from Minnesota and we don’t get weather like this.

The house was perfect for the 20 of us. The kids loved the game room. Plenty of fun with air hockey, Golden Tee and Madden.
The pool being heated was a huge win for this time of year.

Thank you so much for having a great place for us to get away and enjoy warm temperatures instead of cold/snow.

Loved the movie night at Rosemary Beach on the lawn. Biking the nature trail in Alys Beach. This house was amazing! It had everything we needed for an awesome vacation. Plenty of room for all 23 of us. Loved the double ovens, double dishwasher, double laundry and all the refrigerators.
We had the best time riding bikes all over Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary.

I love this place! I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and mostly the game room. I got a really cool room too, it was a bunk and I had reading lights in the bunk. It was so fun!

It was a wonderful family vacation. It was nice to have the whole family under one roof. The place is awesome. Everyone had their space.
With 12 grandchildren it brought all the cousins together.

Loved cooking, playing games, dancing, singing, etc. All good! House was a perfect size for us. Loved having the private pool! Close to the beach and all the action.

There were 38 of us in the ages from 4.5 months to 87, and we all had a good time. We are here from NC, AL, WA, GA, and TX.
It was the perfect house for so many.

We adored our time in The Reunion House. We left for Spring Break 2020 I’m excitement to have a week at the beach! Due to the unforeseen COVID quarantine, we extended our stay in reunion for almost a month. It was a magical time to spend with family and friends. Our children will always have fond memories of their time with cousins, friends, and family on the beautiful Sandy Shores Court. Phillip and Rhonda worked diligently to help us during the quarantine struggles, and we believe being on Sandy Shores Court was the greatest decision we could have ever made for our family during a difficult time. The Reunion House accommodated us plus our extended family so that we would be able to quarantine together. We will never forget the homeschool setup, the fabulous home cooked meals, the hikes, the bike rides, the beach time, and more in this special place on earth. Thank you Phil and Rhonda, for allowing us to have such fond memories of a truly challenging time in our nation. We are forever grateful. ❤️

Rhonda, we had a wonderful time. The game room was the hit of the week. Plenty of room for all and the reserved beach chairs and umbrellas were fantastic. The area around there was beautiful and we enjoyed the little shops. Many people have asked us where we stayed and I have passed the named of the house to them. Thanks again Rhonda.

We had the BEST two weeks at the Reunion House. We were a group of three families with seven kids (ages 5-8), and we all agreed it is our favorite house we’ve stayed at on 30A. The game room, pool, and hot tub provided hours of entertainment, as did the beach of course. The chair setup was perfect, and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach access. The home was also very clean and had so much room that we were able to spread out as needed. The kitchen was really well stocked with any pot/pan/appliance/utensil we would need. It was also amazing to have so many fridges/ice makers, two automatic coffee makers, two washers/dryers, two dishwashers. We were able to walk / ride bikes so many places – Alys beach to Rosemary. The pool and hot tub were cleaned multiple times while we were there which was much appreciated – and we had it heated, and it was a great temp. We will absolutely be coming back soon. It was heaven!!

The Munn Family spent the first week of May 2011 at the Reunion House. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Our 3 daughters and their families each had great space and commented on the attention to detail for large groups. The children and guys loved the game room. My girls and I loved the kitchen, enjoying cooking breakfast each morning and having my sleepy eyed grandchildren at the bar placing their orders. Glenn and I appreciated the fact that the flooring and decorations were not fussy. There was never a concern about the children and putting things away. And the location—What fun to ride to local spots to shop and eat. The beach was gorgeous with great sunsets.

Best week ever!! We had the best time ever this week at the Reunion House for the Bulach/Vincent wedding. The weather was perfect; the friends, family and quality time was amazing. The house is beautiful and everything we could ask for. We couldn’t have had a better wedding. Thanks and with much love.

What a great time and we only have been here for 4 hours. This should be a wonderful week/end. Wedding is Saturday and Katie & Jared are such a good match. Thank you for the memories.

We had a wonderful time—our Thanksgiving dinner was great and we loved the kitchen. The weather was perfect 6 out of 7 days. The beach is beautiful.

The great house and all of the cool things to do in Rosemary made this vacation very memorable. After the great bedroom war of 2011, we had a blast chilling on the beach, riding bikes into town, playing the arcade games, and playing tennis. Three of the boys went to play a round of golf at Camp Creek, which was very nice. The adults kept themselves busy mostly by playing tennis, going to the beach

We have had a great time in the Reunion House. There were 28 people staying in the house and we all fit. We had so many fun times and memories. The game room is awesome! And the bedrooms, too. Thanks Auntie Annie for planning this trip!

What an amazing vacation and wedding. We love you Abby and Jeremy and enjoyed watching you tie the knot! We laughed and loved and soaked up the sun. Now it’s back to snowy Colorado for the holidays. So long lovely beach house. So long ocean. You will be missed.

An amazing and absolutely memorable time we’ve had here. We married our daughter to the love of her life under a tent in the drive and will never forget this place. Thank you for the warmth, peace, and home that accommodate many family and friends. We’ll be back-maybe to celebrate an anniversary. All in all we had a very eventful week! The kids flew around the house playing games, screaming, while the adults danced. Rachel and Jeremy said their vows on the beach–. and made the promise to be together in front of friends, family and strangers. It was beautiful. We shopped till we dropped racing for the best deals in town, became pirates for a day and sailed the open sea with 25 people. This trip brought our families closer and I think we all know the true meaning of living, laughing and loving as we leave today.

Dear Whoever reads this—We stayed here June 17-25, 2011. It was amazing. It is not far from the beach, and it has really good shopping spots. Be sure to turn the PACMAN machine off at night! It makes noises and is kinda scary, but otherwise this place is awesome!

We can’t begin to tell you all the incredible memories that were made this week. We celebrated a 16th birthday, and a 50th birthday. Your home was so beautiful and accommodated everyone so well. We shared food, fun, laughter, fire on the beach, games, game room, coffee, late nights, sunburns, suntans, cook-outs, pool time and so much more. Quader-Geragosian Wedding, Jan. 20-24, 2011. We arrived to celebrate my son Paul and Nikki’s wedding on Jan. 22 to a wonderful union and place. This great place is a perfect place for a celebration such as this. The joining of 2 families allowed us to share, laughter, joy and love of this wonderful couple. Everyone who helped in this day was exceptional. We created many memories and thank you for that.

The Marriage of Nicole Leigh Quoder to Paul Geragosian-Jan. 22, 2011—What a wonderful setting for a wedding! We could not have asked for anything to be more perfect. The house was wonderful and well equipped for fun and any type of gathering. It gave us all opportunity to eat together, laugh together, and have fun together. It gave opportunity for the members of each family to intermingle, get to know one another and enjoy all the surroundings the House has to offer. Friends, family, love and memories were made and established. What a joyous and blessed time we all had. Thank you for creating such an atmosphere.

Even though it rained a lot, we got at least one really fun day at the beach. It doesn’t get much better than spending a week with your closest friends and family. Time together went too fast.

Reeders-Chase, Cooley, Hand, Smith, Young, Zohud, Trout. These families again have thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The home away from home. There were 17 of us that enjoyed each other’s company and getting to know each other again. I hope we get to return.

Yeah! Today is my birthday. We just spent the most wonderful week here for our “every two year” reunion. 14 adults and 9 children and this house was the most soundproof since 1995. The weather was sunny and warm every day. Thank you for sharing your home. It was a winner for us. Everyone enjoyed the gameroom. Loved the coffee pots.

We absolutely love your house!!! Having a great time. Aaron is absolutely great about stuff. Never would have thought in my wildest dreams that my husband would play game machines, but he is having a blast doing so. Game room is definitely a Big hit!!

The Reunion House has been the biggest and best house I have ever stayed in. The favorite room of the entire house was definitely the game room. My favorite game was the motorcycle one. favorite restaurant was in Seaside and it is called Bud and Ali’s. It was fun going there and getting ice cream, snow cones, and tons of candy. So many memories were made here and I will definitely never forget it.

This was our second year renting the Reunion House. Once again, the house and its amenities proved to be fabulous.

Family and friends gathered for the wedding of Theresa Heinzinger and Steen Lunde. It was a week of fun in the sun. No wonder they call this the “Emerald Isle”. Perfect way to start the summer!

We are so happy to be able to married on one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen and to be able to call this house our reception area and home for a week. This has been the best time of our lives. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I wish I could stay forever. We stacked up at the Sugar Shak on candy and ate a great brunch at the Wild Olive. From renting bikes to riding in the car for like 21 hours, we made our way around. I will hopefully come back sometime. Thank you.

– In 1985 my sisters and I were all married within a 7 month period. Every 5 years we and our children get together for a family gathering. This year we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and since we live quite far apart, we needed to find a central location that would suit all three families. The Reunion House has been the ideal location. The Reunion House was ideal with the many bedrooms/washrooms and the gathering rooms. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the weather much warmer than where we came from. We wish you and your guests the very best time.

This was the biggest house we have stayed in so far and some of us who have always shared a room, were able to have one to ourselves. The arcade was one of the family favorites. We are from Illinois and up there it has been in the teens all week. All in all we had a great vacation. Thank you so much.

The arcade room was really fun, especially the hunting and motorcycle games! The two living rooms worked well, one for kids and one for adults. The beds were comfortable. I loved the pool—we all wanted to get in it every night. We love the Reunion House. Thank you for all you do to make our trip and stay the best.

Well, I must say “what a time we had”. And the house was out of this world. My husband and I gave this to our children and grandkids for Christmas. This has been some time. Laughter was heard all around. My grandkids have a great time learning about different things—especially how important a family is and what it means. We had a wonderful time and Reunion House is great-and thanks for all you did.

On behalf of our 26 family members that attended our family reunion, I want to thank you for the memory of a lifetime. We will never forget our special week at the reunion House. It will forever be a treasured memory.

Our story started with 8 and grew to 14 adults, 4 children (the youngest, 1.5 months, oldest child 4). And so this starts the beginning of our annual family reunion. To our surprise, the Reunion House met all of our needs and tastes. Three generations gathered at the Reunion House from 5 states! We all had a ball with wonderful memories to cherish! Your beautiful house was very accommodating to us and looking forward to planning a reunion of 2010.

We have been waiting a long time to enjoy some sun and leave the Wisconsin snow behind. Kids enjoyed the pool and they spent hours swimming. 7 kids with 9 the oldest and 2 the youngest. 3 trips to the Sugar Shack. Seashell hunting was the kid’s favorite. Heather beat the Pac-Man score and is now listed on the screen as top scorer. Instant coffee and ice cube maker rocked. The kids think we should move and live on the beach.

The Sawatsky’s returned for a second year. Abby turned 13, trumping last year’s 12th birthday party at Reunion House. See you next year!

This was our annual bi-annual trip we take to honor ancestors, refresh friendships, share troubles and catch up on all the good times in each one’s lives. We walked, biked, lay in the sun, displayed our culinary skills each night. Sunset on the balcony was awesome. The House was awesome and we are glad the walls don’t talk!!

Thanks for making our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary one of the most memorable times of their lives. The house was as perfect. As a family that vacations together every summer, this is the nicest place we have ever stayed.

Our week at the Reunion House was perfect. Thank you for creating such a wonderful vacation house. I really can’t say enough nice things about your wonderful vacation escape. Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more. Everyone commented on the furnishings. And thank you for the personal touch that you and your husband added. This week was one of the best weeks of my life! There was enough room in this house, so that we all didn’t all feel on top of each other. The game room kept us really busy. What a wonderful Spring Break we spent here! 14 of us enjoyed a week of fun in the sun. A wonderful house, wonderful shops, wonderful food, and a wonderful beach and most importantly wonderful time spent and memories made with friends and family!

The house is wonderful to accommodate all of our family. The kitchen made all of us gourmet cooks! But one cannot comment on the house without mentioning the pool and gameroom. It truly kept us busy. We can’t wait to come back. We hate that our vacation is over, but there is always next year. Thanks for the great memories at the Reunion House.

We have spent a week to be remembered and are tempted to make a reservation for a return visit. The area is lovely, the beach beautiful. The accommodation was perfect—the décor beautiful. The Reunion House is an excellent way to bring families together again. We would rent it again in the summer if it wasn’t already book for the rest of 2008. My family and I will definitely be back.

12 women from Willowbrook Baptist Church in Huntsville, Al, came here on a ministry retreat. We met to plan, pray and to show our appreciation to these wonderful hard-working women for their service to the Lord through our Preschool Ministry. We laughed, we cried, we rejoiced and we celebrated ministry victories in the past year. Thank you for this beautiful home and wonderful memories.

We came for the week with 22 people, youngest being 2 mos. old and we are all still in awe with the enormity of Reunion House and the thought that went into every detail that made our stay so pleasant.

Family, next to God is the most important aspect of life. This house brought three generations together from Florida, Missouri and Michigan. We played, laughed, cried, studied the Bible together, walked the beach, shopped and did the “Family” thing. Thank you for allowing us to have this adventure.

Our mother’s 70th birthday celebration was so special—our entire family was able to stay under one roof for the first time ever! The Daltons, Stricklands, Thomases and Kicklighters are grateful for this beautiful home! Until next time.

The house is a wonderful place for families to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped. We loved the coffee machine, ice maker and huge refrigerator. With 10 kids, the game room was a godsend. The adults loved the bowling machine and the TV touch screen. We kept trying to top each other’s score. The arcade games, the board games, etc. are great touches to the house. The umbrellas and chairs provided on the beach are a thoughtful touch. There were 26 of us and we were never crowded. Destin is a nice place to visit, but too busy to stay. Destin Commons and the Outlet Malls were great. The Red Bar in Grayton Beach is funky and has great food, but crowded.

There’s no other place that could have accommodated the seventeen of us! Your home has made turning 40 extra special and I think I could do it all over again—Thank you for your fabulous home and we will return.

My stay here was a lot of fun. Rosemary Beach is a small beautiful town. Wild Olives, and the Trading Company were great restaurants. The beach was quiet and lovely. I must say this is such a beautiful house.
